Hi, I'm Havana

I started reading at a very young age. I remember how I fell in love with the books that my elementary teachers used to read to us during reading time, and I would always be left wanting more, more of that feeling I got when I was reading or being read a great book. Each year I would always attend the scholastic book fairs and pick out all the books that had pretty covers and beg my parents to buy the long list of books I wanted. Now at seventeen, I pick my books not just based on if they have pretty covers but how they make me feel and the life lessons and experiences I can learn from them.

I wanted to create this blog to share my love of reading with others who can relate or who are just looking for a good book and to create a space where I can express my passions in a creative and interesting way.

On another note, things I also love to do is get bubble tea at different places, travel with my family, play with my two adorable dogs, hang out with my friends, and rewatch episodes of the funniest show: Fawlty Towers.
