Book Things...

I started reading from a very young age. I remember how I fell in love with the books that my elementary teachers used to read to us during reading time and I would always be left wanting more, more of that feeling I got when I was reading or being read a great book. Each year I would always attend the scholastic book fairs and pick out all the books that had pretty covers and beg my parents to buy the long list of books I wanted. Now at sixteen, I pick my books not just based on if they have pretty covers,  but how they make me feel and the life lessons and experiences I can learn from them.
